6 ea small zucchini
2 T chopped onion
3 T chopped mushrooms
3 T chopped green pepper
1/3 c chopped tomato
1/4 cup chopped cooked ham
1/2 ea clove garlic, minced
1/2 c chopped cooked beef
1 1/3 cup soft bread crumbs, piled lightly
2 T broth, if needed
1 Dash Salt
1 Dash pepper
Cook zucchini in salted water 5 minutes; cut in half lengthwise; remove pulp. Combine pulp with remaining ingredients;
pile this into zucchini and bake in moderate oven(350) for 30 minutes
