2 ounces ancho chilies -- dried and roasted
4 ounces red new Mexican chilies, dried and roasted
1 ounce chile de arbol, dried and roasted,
-- to add some heat
6 tablespoon cumin seeds -- toasted and ground
6 tablespoon garlic, granulated, freshly purchased
4 tablespoon oregano, ground, preferably Mexican type
4 tablespoon hot Hungarian paprika
