1 duck egg
1 oz. wasabi powder
4 oz. peanut oil
1 oz. rice vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
Place egg and wasabi powder in blender or food processor; combine. Slowly incorporate peanut oil; adjust with vinegar. Season.
