16 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup Craisins Sweetened Dried Cranberries
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine ingredients in a medium mixing bowl until smooth, using an electric mixer. Refrigerate overnight to set.
Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes about 3 cups.
